1. Returns and Refunds

At Sitsough (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We stand behind the quality of our AquaPulse Water Dental Flosser and want you to be delighted with your product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy designed to give you peace of mind.

You may return your AquaPulse Water Dental Flosser within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all included accessories. To be eligible for a return, the product must not show signs of use or damage, and all components including nozzle tips, charging cable, travel case, and documentation must be present. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sitsough.com or call us at +27 21 123 4567. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your product. Please do not return any product without first obtaining an RMA number, as we may not be able to process returns without proper authorisation.

When returning a product, please pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories, manuals, and the warranty card. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven't received a refund within this timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges are only refunded in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order.

4. Exchanges and Warranty

If your AquaPulse Water Dental Flosser is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. All products are covered by our 2-year manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
