This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the website or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cape Town, South Africa. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
